Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We ship through Australia Post .  We offer guaranteed delivery on Australia Post Express Parcels and will re-ship and replace your order free of charge if the parcel is lost. However, we do not accept responsibility if you select Australia Post Regular Parcels and the parcel is lost. We highly recommend you select Express parcels within Australia.

When you place your order, if the stock is available, it will be posted within 2 working days (unless stated otherwise on the website). If the items you order are not in stock, we will email you and inform you of the delay. Your credit card will not be debited until the items are ready for postage, unless you've paid by Paypal.

 

Payment & Ordering Options

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard & Visa ) bank transfer, Paypal & money order. Items paid for by bank transfer or money order will be posted when payment is received and cleared. Please note that sale items will only be held for 5 working days, if payment (or notification of payment) is not received, items will be returned to stock.

Refund/Returns Policy

If the items you ordered have been damaged in transit, please contact us. You must keep the original damaged packaging and we will send you details on how to return the items.

If you changed your mind after you've received your order, we can organise a store credit but the items must be in their original packaging and unused.  We cannot accept returned yarn that has been used.

If your order has been dispatched incorrectly, we will replace the items at our cost.

Please Note: We do not refund books, patterns or needles unless they have been damaged in transit.
